Order Processing

1-3 business days

Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day under normal circumstances. Processing may take longer during peak periods (holidays, Black Friday, Christmas). We will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

Metropolitan areas: 2-7 business days
Regional areas: 5-10 business days
WA and NT: May take longer

Delivery Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. As bicycles are large items, delivery fees are higher, but we subsidize a significant portion of the cost.

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Assembly Recommendations

For express shipping orders, our bicycles are shipped 85% assembled in a box, requiring minor assembly including:

• Attaching the front wheel
• Attaching the handlebar
• Attaching pedals and saddle

We recommend that first-time bike owners or those unfamiliar with bicycle assembly take the bike to a local bicycle shop for professional assembly and gear tuning. While we provide detailed videos and step-by-step guides, professional assembly ensures your safety and optimal performance.

Section 4 - FAQ

What if I'm not home when my bike arrives?

If you’re not home when the courier attempts delivery, the process depends on the delivery option you selected: If you selected “Authority to Leave (ATL)” — the courier driver will leave your bike box in a safe location at your address. Please make sure you have a secure area available for this option. If you did not select ATL — the courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel from a nearby depot or arrange redelivery.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, but only before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us at support@sealcycles.com.au as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. Once the order has been shipped, address can not be changed.

What if my bike arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your bike, but if it arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging and contact us immediately at support@sealcycles.com.au with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

If you selected “Authority to Leave (ATL)” — no signature is needed, and the courier will leave the package in a safe location at your address. If you did not select ATL — a signature will be required upon delivery. If you’re not available, you can arrange for someone else to sign on your behalf, or pickup from a nearby courier depot.

What's included in the bike box?

Your bike arrives 85% assembled in a protective box. Included are all necessary components (front wheel, handlebars, pedals,saddle), and assembly tools. We also provide online video guides to help with assembly.

How long does assembly take?

For someone with basic mechanical skills, assembly typically takes 30-60 minutes. If you're not confident with bike assembly, we recommend taking it to a local bike shop for professional assembly, which usually takes about 30 minutes.
